We use your personal information as necessary to run the Conference, such as to register attendees, issue tickets, facilitate information sharing with partners with whom you have consented for us to share information, and provide you with relevant connections and content during the Conference based on this information.

We use your personal information to contact you regarding your registration to attend or volunteer at a Conference, to notify you of any changes to our policies and practices, and to respond to any requests or inquiries you may submit to us. If you subscribe to marketing, such as newsletters, we will use your information as described below.
Marketing
If you opt-in to receiving marketing communications from us, we will use your personal information for outreach and marketing, such as to send you information about our future Conferences and to exhibit attending companies. You can opt-out of these communications by using the unsubscribe links in our communications.
Mailing lists
As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing [email protected].
Ticketing data
When you purchase a ticket (or tickets) through our website, your name, address data, email and contact number will be stored securely in our system. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other companies.
We use Stripe as our secure payment system. Stripe does not store any personal financial data after a payment has been processed.
We encrypt credit or debit card details on our online payment page which means that they can’t be intercepted and subsequently accessed.
Delegate List
If you opt-in to our delegates list for an event. Your name and organisation will appear on a delegates list that will be circulated among event attendees.
Access to your personal information
You have the right to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold about you.
To request access please email [email protected] using the email address we hold for you or otherwise proving your identity.
We will provide the information free of charge and within one month, except in the event that the request is unfounded, excessive or repetitive, in which case we reserve the right to charge a proportionate administration fee or refuse.
Rectification of personal information
If any of the information we hold on you is inaccurate or incomplete, you make ask us to correct or complete it at any time.
Your right of erasure, or to be forgotten
You may request the deletion of any email we hold on you at any time.
Be aware that requesting deletion, unlike unsubscribing from specific emails, is total and irreversible. This means that we will also lose record of you having ever been on our systems, including any previous instructions you have given us opting out of specific emails types. If you re-join our systems, by voluntarily providing your personal information, you will appear to us as a completely new data subject. This does not affect your other rights in any way.
